Bradstowe Lodge has twenty six rooms, one being a double, situated on three floors with the second and third floor being accessed by stairs and a lift. All of the rooms have an en-suite toilet, washbasin and a heated towel rail. They vary in size and layout giving each room its own individual character and charm.

32 inch flat screen televisions with Freeview are installed in all rooms along with telephone points to allow the installation of telephones and/or internet should the resident want it.

There is a nurse call system which allows the resident to summon help day or night should it be required and coordinated curtains, bed spread, chair, and head board have been installed in every room.
